New Design for 2010

The new year symbolizes new beginnings—a time to reflect on past experiences and then look forward to new opportunities. With that idea in mind, I thought this would be the perfect time to overhaul my website. So without further eloquence, I'm pleased to announce the latest version of the DanielHumann.com website.

Feel free to have a look around.

Candid Portraiture

Pictures of people

Portraiture—the art of representing the physical or psychological likeness of an individual.

Boulderama

Map interface

The City of Boulder is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains, northwest of Denver, Colorado. Directly to the west of Boulder are the picturesque Flatirons—steep, angular rock faces that protrude upwards into the sky.

Have a listen and decide for yourself.

DVD cover

Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino, was quietly rolled out at Christmas 2008, whereupon it proceeded to blow away all the Oscar-bait behemoths at the box office and win its 78-year-old star the best reviews of his acting career. Both film and performance are consummately sly--coming on with deceptive simplicity, only to evolve into something complex, powerful, and surprisingly tender.
